Scales playable

12/1/2024

In addition to the chords, you can now hear the scale being played step by step. This is shown on both the exploration page and on the compose page. The latter is available when Editing scales of each passage (or movement).

There are configuration parameters for this, too, on the settings page.

Open up the exploration section, click a guitar chord and hear it in your speakers. Do not like the structure or the tone of the audio? You can change it! Settings are very adjustable and allow a wide choice of preferences. Slow rolling arpeggios in the bass register? Sure: Octave to 1, arpeggio to 120%, and duration to 3 seconds. Quick, plucked sound? You got it with arpeggio 0, duration 0.02s and octave to your taste but not too low.

Have fun in the settings page (top right) after checking it out in the exploration.

And one more thing! The settings are saved for the next time when you open up the Scales Guide. The settings are stored in your bowser cache.
